Denver - January 13, 2010 - Caljan Rite-Hite US (www.caljanritehiteus.com), a world leading manufacturer of advanced material handling solutions for loading and unloading loose loaded cargo is excited to announce their BeltTrack Mobile Loader Conveyor, targeting loading/unloading of smaller delivery vehicles at grade level doors and other demanding loading applications.
Caljan's BeltTrack Mobile Loader has been designed specifically for manual loading and unloading loose-loaded goods. The operation of the Mobile Loader is simple: push-buttons are used to change the belt direction and to adjust the elevated belt height. The angle of the elevated belt can be manually adjusted by means of a hydraulic piston, that that the powered roller conveyor is placed at a suitable, ergonomic working height inside a vehicle. Heavy duty wheels make moving and positioning the unit a benefit for any organization requiring a flexible loading and unloading solution.
As part of the Caljan Rite-Hite BeltTrack family of material handling solutions, the Mobile Loader incorporates numerous standard safety features. The unit is 100% mobile, and can be stored easily, freeing space in front of doors or in working areas.
