Vaculex ParceLift™, a Caljan BeltTrack Option
Running at maximum capacity can be a strain for your employees - quite literally. A number of independent studies reveal that people working in the dock area are the group most likely to develop repetitive strain injuries, also known as musculoskeletal disorders. (MSD).

Designed to lift loose-loaded cargo off of our telescopic belt conveyor, Vaculex ParceLift™ enables the operator to move items weighing up to 88 lbs to and from the conveyor belt ergonomically. The operator can swivel and lift the parcel to the required height in one swift movement.

Operator Platform
This solution is ideal for unloading/loading Super Cube or other specialized trailers. Retaining all features of the standard Caljan BeltTrack series, this model ensures ergonomic operating conditions by providing a platform for the operator to stand on.
Vaculex ParceLift helps the operator move items weighing up to 40 kg
Vaculex ParceLift
With Vaculex ParceLift a suction cup helps the operator move items weighing up to 88 lbs to and from the conveyor belt, so that undue exertion is avoided.
Costs relating to strain injuries and rehabilitation are saved, the work environment becomes more attractive and productivity actually increases.
Hydraulic elevation ensures that the operator can work in an ergonomic position
Hydraulic elevation
Powered by an hydraulic pump, the whole conveyor can be elevated at an angle of up to 10° ensuring that the operator can work in an ergonomic position. The elevation movement is controlled by means of the joystick fitted on either the right or left side of the boom. The same joystick is used to control extension/retraction.
