Power belt curves are essential to any distribution center, sorting facility and mail order house. Caljan CurveTrack has been designed by engineers with over 50 years of combined power belt curve experience, ensuring our product is modular, flexible, reliable and low maintenance.

The typical curve conveyor has a high noise level at normal speeds. Caljan CurveTrack has been designed to reduce noise levels, moving your goods at high speeds through sharp curves onto the next phase of your application.

Unique belt control system
Quality
Unique belt control ensures precise, controlled belt movement, even at high speeds. The item is transferred in the correct position to the next conveyor. Each conveyor is tested at the factory prior to shipment.
Underguarding and other safety features in accordance with EN619
Safety
Caljan CurveTracks are designed with covers and finger guards, naturally fitted where appropriate. Available options include steel underguarding placed beneath the curve prevents bodily contact.
The belt can be removed without the use of tools
Service
These strong belt curves require very little maintenance. The belt itself can be removed using a minimum of tools, reducing down-time to just a few minutes.
