Caljan BeltTrack, type ML

The ML is a moveable unit designed specifically for loading and unloading loose-loaded goods with a minimum of effort. It is typically used with grade level industrial doors. The angle of the elevated belt can be adjusted by means of a hydraulic piston, so that the powered roller conveyor is placed at a suitable working height inside the vehicle. The height of the tailbelt is adjusted manually.

Operating the unit is simple: push-buttons are used to change the belt direction and to adjust the height of the elevated belt. Heavy duty wheels make light work of moving and positioning the unit.

The loader can be adjusted to suit the size of each vehicle

Made of steel, the mobile loader is designed for daily use. A screwjack is used to adjust the in-feed conveyor to the required height. The sturdy wheels enable the loader to be moved smoothly accross the fl oor surface.
